Good: View, Decor. Bad: Service, management, staff demeanor. Improvements: Management needs to have better control of staff to ensure efficiency and not make up excuses to feed to patrons!. Other: My friends and I made reservations for a birthday and were excited to go to this venue. The decor and atmosphere was perfect but upon arrival we were told that coat check was mandatory. Despite the room being heated some of us wanted to keep our coat and they enforced a $3 fee per coat.
I overlooked that but once we ordered our food it took over an hour and comlaints to an ignorant manager for our food to arrive. Do not go here! Trust me! I went despite the warning and was disappointed!.
