The Sales Rep was not too pushy but gave good information about the phone. She had acknowledged me upon arrival and was very helpful in my decision. She had gone over the phones that were free and their functions. I was comfortable in my choice.
This is the first wireless place that I had gone to that didn't attempt to sell me the most expensive phone.
