I contacted this lab to get my well tested for bacteria. The staff was extremely patient with my ignorance, and was able to help me tremendously. I was able to have a test kit sent to me, with instructions on how to take the sample. It took a few minutes to take the water sample, and I was given written instructions on how to reach their location. From start of the test to the finish, it only took three days to issue me my results. They were able to email the results to me, which is also a plus. I will truly recommend this lab to all of my coworkers and friends. They provide excellent customer service!
