Animal Haven is known for not putting animals to sleep unless they have to. They are very selective in the animals they do take, for that very reason. We have an older dog that we were wanting to find a home for and they said he was too old, so they wouldn't be able to take him off our hands. We have adopted a couple of dogs there before and had really good luck. They are super friendly and helpful and all the animals seem to be well cared for.
