i used to bring my car to tire kingdom quite frequently as it is in a good location and the service was good and prices were competitive. i used to drop my car off and go have lunch or shop at walmart and then pick up my car when i was done.
the last time i brought my car in, they told me there was about a $75 charge just to have it looked at..........to cover mechanics time. they never did this before, and when they changed their policy, i canged my garage. i don't have much money, i don't expect things for free, but $75 is most of what i expect to spend on the total repair, not just to have my car looked at.
