This once was a favorite shopping spot. I went out of my way to go there because it was locally owned, had an amazing inventory, great sales, and they always gave a handful of product samples when you made a purchase -- your bag was like a halloween candy bag! Unfortunately, snobby service turned me off of going there. After I had my poor experience, another friend (a long-time customer) had a surprisingly bad experience... neither of us will ever return. As much as I tried not to shop at Ulta - the beauty store big box, I no longer have a choice (and am starting to enjoy it!).
