I had a unique problem; which I later found was a sebaceaous cyst. A friend recommended Dr. Berner, who is an Ear-Nose-Throat doctor. He was very entertaining. More than that, he was gentle and comforting. He verbally walked me through each step of the procedure before he performed it.
