I have been to Friday's a bunch of times, and one of the times there service was terrible and another was great. They change their menu a lot, so if you want something they used to make, you have to request it special and they are usually good about it. They can try to screw you by serving you a more expensive steak than they one you order and trying to charge you for it. There service is variable.
