had a terrible soda stain on my cream colored bedroom carpet, plus general dirt. I'm selling my condo and was just hoping to make it look presentable...didn't expect miracles....But after cleaning, it looks like new. And smells fresh and clean, too. The stain is completely gone. The service person was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely speedy. I could not have asked for better service. The cost was also far lower than I had expected. I'm thrilled (obviously)!
