I had a problem with a watch that I purchased from here for my husband for our anniversary. My husband didn't care for the watch, and would have preferred to exchange it, however they would not work with us at all and didn't let us exchange it. We were not happy, and would not go back. Awful custumer service, and lack of consideration for others.
