Do yourself a favor and call someone else to service your appliances. I had them to my home to diagnose and repair my LG refrigerator. They told me the 'sealed system' was fried and they would replace it with the parts being under warranty. I had to call them over and over again asking when they would be out to perform the actual repair. After 4 months of me calling them, they admitted that they didn't have the parts, couldn't get the parts, and woul not be refunding the $89 I paid them. I recommend using a professional repair service rather than these clowns.
