Kragen is a nice auto parts store. There are several other auto parts stores in town, but I prefer Kragen. The workers at Kragen seem to really know what they are talking about and I have never had them recommend the wrong part for my car. They are very pleasant and always make sure to approach the customer and ask if they need any assistance. They also have a no-hassle returns policy. I have purchased parts previously that just didn't fit my vehicle correctly and when I returned them, I always got a refund with no questions asked.
