I was not really all that impressed with the food here, but I am giving them a "good" rating because of their customer service. I was not a big fan of the burgers because I really like a charbroiled burger. Their burgers were very obviously panfried and greasy. The buns had so much butter on them that all you could taste was a big, greasy, buttery mess. You really couldn't even taste the burger. However, the "good" rating comes in for several reasons. The first reason is that the people working there are very nice. The second reason is because the theme of the restaurant is really cute and they even have an electric train going around the restaurant, which is great for the kids. The third reason is that they are very kid friendly and really encourage kids to come. I am hoping that maybe I just got the burger on a bad night or something because I really want to go back to this place for the customer service, but the burger was just not very good.
