Ben Franklin's has been in San Luis for a very long time and seems to be a favorite amongst the locals. I thought I would give it a shot, and I was slightly disappointed. The food was not bad at all, but it wasn't as great as I was expecting. The thing that put me off was how the employee's treated the customers. They were absolutely rude. They did not prepare the sandwich as I ordered and when I brought it to their attention, they had a really bad attitude about it. If it weren't for the way I was treated, I probably would go back to Ben Franklin's since the food was alright. However, since the employees were so rude, I will not be going back.
