This shoe repair store ruined my shoes and the merchants of the store are rude. The repair was to glue a portion of the sole back onto the shoe. The side of the shoe was covered in thick glue which wouldn’t come off. When I brought this to their attention, they started to speak a foreign language excluding me from the conversation, threw their arms up in the air and dismissed me by walking to the back of the store. I paid full price and ended up with ruined shoes. I would never use this shoe repair store again!
