I recently had the terribly unpleasent experience of renting from JMH for a year. We spent nearly $18,000 renting from JMH and this is what we got.
1) On signing the lease we had verbal agreement that the apartment would be clean and repainted. Needless to say we moved into a filthy apartment still scattered with belongings of past residence
2) ALLEN FOLKMAN manager of JMH is a decptive prick that will scheme every dollar out of your pocket.
3) JMH staff are unhelpful, uncaring, belittleing and ignorant toward customers.
4) Mataince problems are not tended to in a timely manner and JMH staff treat you as an annoyance simply for begining this matters up, but do not hesitate to charge you twice the reasonable amount.
5) They took HALF of our security deposit for cleaning, after we left the apartment in much better shape they we moved into it.
OVERALL AWFULL EXPERIENCE!!!
