I was so disappointed to find out that I need a new transmission for my Toyota Peseo. I looked high and low; near and far for an auto repair company that would even look at my out-dated car for a rational price. Two weeks went by…. I was on the bus heading towards home when I just so happen to catch a glimpse of what looked like the words, HOBOKEN TRANSMISSION.
Once I reached home I got on the computer to look up a company by the name HOBOKEN TRANSMISSION. Lo’ and behold my eyes where not deceiving me! I called this company up and a young man by the name of Tony picked up. He was very polite and helpful. Tony forwarded me to Carlos. Once Carlos answered the phone, I explained to him what was going on with the transmission on my car. Carlos gave me a reasonable quote to rebuild my transmission with a 1yr warranty. I was elated because this was truly an answer to my prayers. I had also explained to Carlos that, I wouldn’t have the full amount until the following week; He assured me that it would not be a problem. Talk about flexible! I then hung up with Carlos.
Less than 15min later I called back to HOBOKEN TRANSMISSION and Tony picked up. This time I explained to Tony that, my car would not make it far enough to reach the shop, He told me that he would send a tow truck out-free of charge to further assist me. I was thrilled! 5 min later the Tow truck guy, Muny called me to find out my location and the location of my car. Muny picked me up, went to the location of my car and towed it to the shop. Talk about genuine hospitality….
We reached the shop I walked in side and was greeted by a wonderful staff. I was offered a seat filled out some paper work, and was offered a ride back home. HOBOKEN TRANSMISSION was truly heaven sent in my time of need I wish there was more auto repair shops that are as friendly and generous as they are. HOBOKEN TRANSMISSION made me feel, I would be getting the best service by patronizing them. I would recommend them to anyone with car trouble. Thank you
