We had a tree fall on our home. Billy Thompson would not replace our whole roof, he would only replace part, so now we will have a two color, two texture roof. Billy Thompson and Farmers want you to pay for their insurance, and we have for 20+ years, but they don't want to be fair when you have a claim. Our whole issue was over $3600, and we feel this half roof issue will de-value our home. Think twice about using Billy Thompsom and Farmers.
