NB Childrens has been more of a hassle then I have time for. They expect you know your chart number every time you call or go in. I have 3 children I don't have time to remember their chart number when they are sick. Billing is terible,they can;t even send it right to your insurance and then want you to pay because they screwed up. Calling in you wait on hold your 5-10 minutes before making an appointment and speaking of appointment if you want one you better make it a couple of months in advance. Don't waste your time,because that's what they do.You go there for answers on your children and they don't provide them. Most the time I figured out better with my pharmacist then the doctors there!
