This hotel is a nice clean simple no frills place to stay. The hotel is the newest in the area. The price is very reasonable and they usually have government rate. They do book up fast during the week since they are right across from Gate 1 to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Weekends aren't usually a problem for availability. They have handicap rooms.
