My whole family is currently being treated by Saucon Valley and we have found it to be a very pleasant and personalized experience. Dr. Alex is very personable, treating each of our concerns with helpful information. Since we both work out of the area, the evening availability is great. During a middle of the night emergency call to the "on-call" doctor, we received a prompt call back (less than 10 minutes) The administrative staff is sometimes a little "clueless" but we go back becuase of the attention to detail we get from the doctor. Test results are often given directly by the doctor over the telephone.
