As a woman, it is important for me to feel respected when getting work done on my car. At Doug's I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They answered all my questions, and even when I picked up my car, the person behind the desk went over the repairs and then asked if I had any questions. I will go back to Doug's and highly recommend anyone!!
