The DIA in one the best places in Detroit. If you love art and want to see first hand the wonderful works of famous artists the DIA is the place to be. It is at least a day trip through. There many rooms and various types of art to see. They have special exhibits such as the recent Rodin exhibit, which was wonderful. There is also a neat gift shop that has so many cool things either as mementos or for gifts. I really like the gifts they have for children. Take the time to enjoy one of Detroit's jewels.
