This Verizon store is not my favorite. The service is ok and the staff is nice but not willing to do anything more than they have to. First, you are greeted immediately upon walking in, but if you have any service issues or phone problem it is likely you will be waiting up to 30 minutes for help. Then another 15-20 to complete what you came for. I dread going to this particular store because I never get what I came for. They are not very willing to fix something if it can be-like replacing a defective battery. I eventually went to anther Verizon in Rochester and it was so much better.
