I've been to this location inside of Crossroads Mall three times. Each time there has been a gentleman at the counter that doesn't speak or understand English very well. Two of the three times I've received the wrong item and was unable to communicate this to the man behind the counter. So, I just paid and drank the wrong shake. Considering that everything here is very expensive, I won't be going here again!
