My husband is a builder and we've dealt with every lumber store in town. Every store will occasionally make a mistake with a special order. However, most of them do not adequately correct the mistake. Menards will bend over backwards for their customers if they are not happy. We have ordered several kitchens from them and have never had a problem. If a cabinet is not right, they make sure they get a replacement cabinet to us very quickly. They have even thrown in extras for free. We have never walked away from Menards angry, which is more than I can say for other big stores like Lowe's and Home Depot (especially Home Depot).
