My husband is a builder and I generally pick out the decorative materials that go into the houses he builds. As a woman, I have had bad experiences at many building supply companies. They generally act as if I don't exist when I walk in, or assume I don't know what I'm talking about. However, the staff at Statler has always treated me with respect and has never talked down to me. They have been very respectful and friendly when answering questions and helping me find what I'm looking for.
