I recently went into this location when looking for a front door for my home. I wanted a custom front door and was willing to pay for it. However, the staff didn't take me seriously. Instead of telling me the price of items, or offering to check on it for me, they just said "It will be very expensive." After I convinced someone to help me, she reluctantly took down my information and said she would call me as soon as she got a price on the door I was interested in. I didn't hear from her, so I called 3 weeks later to check on the status and got an answering machine. She called a week later with the price, long after I'd ordered the door elsewhere- rediculous!
