The receptionist was very rude to my mother and I. she had no idea what she was doing, she gave us the wrong address, and had a very bad attitude. To top it off when my mother and I arrived they had a 12 pack of beers open. they were more interested in drinking on the job then helping the customers. when we called to complain a couple days later, receptionist lied about Ken (the owner) being there, when i finally had a chance to talk to him he acted like there was nothing wrong with what his staff was doing.
there was only one helpful person there he was a driver named Aaron.
