because I'd give them minus 10 stars. The man quoted me a price then came back later with that same price *after* asking about a trade in (which we had *not* discussed before). When I said, wait, I thought we'd already agreed on that price *before* a trade in, he got nasty and said "I never promised that!" and proceeded to scold me! I guess he had his fingers crossed behind his back. This man was so rude to me, I could not believe it. I wish I'd read the earlier review before I went there--it's at least nice to know that I'm not the only woman they tried to take advantage of. Absolute jerks.
