The one thing I love about this place is the fact that the chief actually cooks in front of you. Even though the chief isn't Japanese nor old, they make you laugh and do many cool tricks with their tools. The bad thing is that you have to sort of wait for a full table before sitting down. The table has about 10 chairs and the chief is in the middle. I haven't tried their rolls or anything but they are expensive because it's a fancy Japanese rest.
