- Did not like to get the required building permits for our jobs
- Refused to return leftover materials that I had paid for and took them to other jobs.
- Solicited our neighbors for work for over 1 1/2 hours while making us wait, nearing missing our doctors appointment.
- Work was horrible. He does little work himself (subcontracts almost everything). At the first rain, our brand new roof leaked and made a big mess.
- Got no permit for heating ducts. Some heating ducts now do not work.
- In a phone call regarding the roofing matter, he verbally assaulted my elderly father, repeatedly using the N word.
- Written attempts to resolve matters have so far been ignored.
-Only gave me references from elderly clients who admitted they do not know if they were being price gouged by Francis.
-My negative review on Service Magic magically did not appear
-- Contractors PAY to be on Service Magic. In my opinion, Service Magic really serves THEM not you.?
