I was traditionally a user of local computer repair shops until last Sunday, when they were not open for service. I've been a fan of their quick service and a more personable experience. Unfortunately, my computer is used for work mostly and this time it wasn't starting at all. I needed to have the problem address immediately. I was referred to secure support from a family friend a few weeks ago and decided to give them a call from a business card that I was given. It was about 9 P.M. and I didn't expect to get ahold of anyone. A technician by the name of Sam answered the phone and informed me that they were open for business and were definitely able to help me with my problem. Sam resolved my issue in about 45 minutes. Luckily it was a simple printer error problem that I caused earlier that day, but either way, its good to know that someone is there late at night on weekends that can assist you with your problem for a reasonable price. Thank you guys for your professionalism and support with my issue. more
