My agent, Heather has been on vacation two of the last three times that I called the office. Maybe that is whyu their rates are sooooooo high, because the agents are paid EXTREMELY WELL. She has been in The Florida Keys and Europe the last two times I needed to talk to her about my coverage, She never even called me back. No wonder Geico was half the rate, they dont have to pay big bucks to an agent!
