The mother board on my three year old computer got fried by an electrical surge, even though I used a surge suppressor. I called and spoke with Alex and instead of him trying to talk me into repairing my computer he said "In all honesty, you can get a new computer for about the same price as it would cost to repair your old one." He also told me the name of a place where I might be able to sell the parts from the old computer. I take great stock in a truthful person and will keep his name and number on file for the future. Way to go caltechsys!
