We went to the Cici's near us recently. I was a little disappointed by the whole experience. The pizzas we had were not very good. It was neat that there was a variety of pizzas, but none of them had enough sauce on them. Thankfully, there is a pasta bar as well, and I put some of the marinara sauce on my plate to dunk the pizza in. I had heard that some of the Cicic's had a really fun atmosphere, but this one didn't do anything. Occasionally, we would hear them yelling something about a pizza on the buffet, but we couldn't really understand what they were saying, even though we were sitting very close to the buffet. The employees didn't seem to be into it. The restaurant was kind of dirty too, which was a bit of a turn off. One of the really good things though was the cinnamon rolls. They were absolutely delicious! We left stuffed, but I am not sure I would go back to this location. There is another Cici's near us that I have heard good things about, so I would like to try that one next.
