When I went into this location to look for new kitchen cabinets, there were several employees visible, but none of them approached me to offer me help. I wandered around looking at the cabinets, which were beautiful, but seemed to be a bit overpriced. I finally had to approach one of the sales staff myself, to get them to answer my questions.
