I have attended several parties and receptions at this location. Each time I am struck by how ugly it is. The walls are cinderblock, and the floor is linoleom. It seems to be partly underground, because the windows are very high up on the wall. It looks as if there would be a beautiful view if you could see out. The hall is quite small, and there is not much room for guests to mingle. Basically, you have to sit at your table.
