I called Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair yesterday with a front load washer that began making a very loud noise when in the spining. I tried to calling a few places which would not give me a straight answer. I want to thank Paul for giving a straight answer on the phone.
The machine is beyond repair.
This type of customer service is missed these days.
