If you go to the Beach House *right* after work, (assuming you work in North County), this is a great place to have a drink and a fish taco with the gang. The outdoor patio seating has the waves crashing up beside you, and the food is reasonable and yummy. They have free valet parking, which seems like a boon until you realize this is because they have no parking and they are going to park your car someplace in a beach zone where it comes back to you covered in seaweed. However, if you hang around for sunset, you won't notice it until morning. A romantic feel, nice music, a good all around experience.
