Went to Grubbs Infiniti, told them I wanted this and wanted that…I was pretty much giving them a hard time. Surprisingly, I was still treated with respect! They listen attentively in order to understand the source of my frustration. Very professional I must add! At the end of the day, they were able to meet my high demand as well as my satisfaction! 5 stars for a great customer service and very professional on handling difficult customer like myself.
