I am based at a law firm in Seattle but we have several clients who live east of the mountains. We always use Affiliated for scheduling our depositions on the east side of the state. All of the staff is so helpful, especially Marilyn, who usually answers the phone and is also a reporter. They are very professional and deal well with our clients who are often elderly and always very ill. They give personal attention and do a great job remembering clients. They have also been very helpful in recommending video services when needed.
