Ming Dynasty has a small buffet with -decent- food, they also have a Mongolian BBQ that offers a good variety of meat, vegetables, and sauce. The menu food is good - IF you know what you are ordering! As with many Chinese restaurants in the US, the best dishes are the ones not on the menu. The chefs know what they are doing - you just have to tell that what you want.
