I went in to the laurelwood one afternoon with a group of friends, and waited to be seated. A waitress came up to us and told us to seat ourselves so we did. Then another waitress came up to us(the one that was going to serve us) after we were seated and got mad at us for seating ourselves. Then she was angry the whole time she served us. I have been there other times and that hasnt happened since, so it might of just been that one person.
