On this particular day this McDonalds was "out of drinks". The cashier (who barely spoke English) had an attitude that we were inconveniencing her by ordering my son's meal. She was too busy looking elsewhere and playing with her earrings to make eye contact. When the meal was ready she just pushed the Happy Meal towards us without asking if we needed anything else or thanking us for our order.
