You can't find a store associate in this place if your life depended on it. On a recent trip during a "Super Saturday Sale", the line to get fabric cut was all the way to the back of the store, and the checkout line stretched to the fabric on one side and the frames on the other side. There were 3 checkers at the checkout area, and absolutely none to be found on the sales floor. The store is poorly lit and during my trip at 5pm on a Saturday, the store was a mess.
