Bonefish always has a line, and for a good reason - it's one of the nicest restaurants around and serves great seafood and quality dishes for the non-fish-eater as well. The fish, any fish, is excellent, though the chowder can be on the spicy side, and when ordering a steak, you might want to order it cooked one grade higher than you want it (medium instead of medium rare) as they tend to undercook just a bit. The raspberry martini is a thing to be desired.
A great romantic restaurant, or for a business dinner.
