Every meal I've ever had at Lucy's has been delicious - great burgers and fries, and the atmosphere is pleasantly casual. When the weather is nice, sitting on the outdoor patio is lovely. However, every time I've gone there for lunch, the service has been so painfully slow - the food takes forever, and the waitstaff seems to dissapear for long stretches of time. A friend of mine asked the bartender for a Black Russian, only to have the bartender scratch his head and ask , "Hey, what's in that anyway?"
