We were charged a 25.00 fee to rent a car that was paid for totally by an insurance company.
Didnt tell us any information before picking up the car. did not tell us we needed a major credit card.
Not very friendly .
Nice car though!! 2006 taurus as an upgrade because they forgot to order us the car on the specific day we needed it .
