I scheduled an apointment with Dr. Kesselman on the recommendation of a coworker. She's very centrally located in Bethesda, about 5 blocks from the Bethesda metro. It was a routine appointment to get a birth control pill refill, and she was great. It's never fun, but she was easy to talk to and really put me at ease. On the biling side, they processed my insurance and it all went smoothly.
A couple months after my exam I left my pills at home when I went on vacation, and the office was very helpful and called in an emergency prescription to a local pharmacy in my destination. It was there before I was!
I don't exactly look forward to going back, but I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Kesselman.
